Water is Life. Make Sure Your Water is the Best it Can Be!
Health library / Water Station
Creating your own water station does NOT have to be that complicated or expensive. Water is one of the most important things you put into your body, and often the most neglected.
Even people with built-in filtration systems often forget about maintaining them. I still prefer using a water station like the one shown below.

Filter your water.
2Pour the water into a glass jar.
3Add salt until the TDS meter shows between 200 and 300 TDS.
4Keep the jar on a magnetic stirrer, so the water is always swirling.
5Structure the water with additional tools such as an Analemma Wand, Somavedic device, crystals, sunlight, etc.
6Optional: Some people drink a lot of water, and LeelaQ has excellent bottles imbued with good frequencies. Great combo with your hydrogen bottle.
7Optional: Pour your water into a good hydrogen bottle to hydrogenate it or take it with you.
8Drink it or use it for other beverages.
My favorite filter for the last several years. Wide variety of sizes available. Other good brands exist, but I'm not fond of the Brita brand.
ZeroWater pitchers come with a TDS meter, but if you need another one to double check, they're very cheap. This one comes with a separate pH meter too.
Check which bundle is cheapest when ordering. At the time of writing, the 3-pack was cheapest per filter. Buying in bulk isn't always cheaper.
It's very important to stay away from highly processed table salt. There are many good salts available with slightly different tastes.

I don't recommend paying 5 times the price for Baja Gold when there's no proven health advantage over Himalayan pink salt – though sometimes we pay a premium for culinary reasons.
Vortexing adds structure and pulls oxygen into the water, which can even alkalize it a bit. Think of it as imitating nature – where water is always in motion. Water that sits still becomes stagnant, losing its structure and energy.
Beautiful but a bit costly. Use code VITAGENICS to save $15. Mayu argues their vortex is better – it certainly looks nice.
The cheapest way to vortex your water. A great budget-friendly alternative to the Mayu Swirl.
Many options for the jar to put on the magnetic stirrer. I recommend mason jars, with 2L (2 quart) size usually best.

Optional
Costs more than everything else combined, but highly recommended. Powerful enough to structure water nearby, and its primary purpose is reducing negative impact of harmful EMFs in your home or office.
Optional
Science is not yet able to distinguish and quantify differences in structured water clearly, but this wand has shown impact. We can reproduce results simply by seeing the performance of Analemma water on plants.
Optional
Excellent addition, ideal for taking water on the go. I recommend the PRO bottle for the self-cleaning feature. The Original is great too, but I've come to appreciate the PRO advantages over time.
Optional
For those who drink a lot of water. LeelaQ bottles are imbued with good frequencies – a great combo for bringing more water with you alongside your hydrogen bottle.
