Tools to Manage and Address Root Causes

Health library / Anxiety

Anxiety can be a harrowing thing to deal with, and it becomes even more difficult when other health issues compromise your ability to deal with it.

Causes can be physical, non-physical, or a combination of both , and there is often a negative feedback loop between the various root causes. It can take a while to remove the root cause, so we often need tools to help us manage while we use tools to remove those root causes.

If you need help, please book an Emotion Code session. I can help you. And of course, you can also do a lot to help yourself – see the tools below.

Bach Flower Remedy

Bach Flower Remedy

For acute situations (not every day), I suggest the Bach Rescue Remedy. This is truly an amazing 'emergency' tool, carried by emergency workers in some parts of the world.

I've seen it work amazingly well for women suffering from extreme PMS anxiety. It requires only 4 drops directly on the tongue or added to a beverage.

Lavender Essential Oil

2

Lavender Essential Oil

Use as aromatherapy – the easiest and safest way. Take care not to use it excessively; follow instructions and use only high quality brands.

A diffuser with soothing colors and a timer is important for protecting against overuse.

3

Sound Therapy

Can be amazing but situation-dependent. Options include binaural beats , ASMR , relaxing music, Solfeggio frequencies, and nature sounds.

Combining with beautiful nature videos can be very helpful.

Light Therapy

Make sure you have bright light during the day (sunshine is best), and yellow or red light at night (or beeswax candle light). Avoid blue light in the evening.

Try to catch the sunrise and sunset, and some mid-day sunshine if you can.

PBX Zeolite (Detox)

5

PBX Zeolite (Detox)

Address the likely root cause – physical toxins (heavy metals, mold, glyphosate, etc.) can be removed over time with this sublingual nano zeolite spray.

We see dramatic improvements in depression, brain fog, autism, and even dementia. Can be used with medication but administer at least 2 hours away from drugs.

6

Hemp/CBD Oil

Very expensive to use dosages that are actually effective. I consider this only for extreme situations – severe anxiety or pain.

Products should be full spectrum with no THC. Recent legal changes have improved the market.

Bio Tuner

Designed by Dr. Beck, this device has been amazing for many people with incredible research behind it.

8

Breathing

There are so many breathing techniques. "Just breathe" is a powerful idea. Take it further and learn specific breathing methods that help you relax. The long-term benefits are huge.

9

Exercise

Not everyone can take advantage of this, but it can be powerful. For many, we simply aren't getting enough movement, and that has a huge negative domino effect that can certainly be related to anxiety.
